About Bo Watson

Bo Watson, CEO & Founder

Bo started his career in golf at the age of 5 when his dad and grandpa introduced him to the game. The first hole they played was a Par 3. His grandpa handed him a cut down 3 wood and proceeded to hit his first shot that sailed through the air 75 yards just short of the green. It was this shot that led to him becoming hooked for life.

As a result, Bo had a dream to play on the PGA Tour. He played in many junior golf events experiencing multiple wins. However, it was in high school that things started plateauing and the dream of playing the PGA Tour was fading.

The day that Bo says he will always remember started with him in the golf cart next to his high school coach. In front of him were his teammates missing putt after putt and shot after shot in the State Regionals. And it was halfway through the day that the nightmare he wanted to wake up from was starting to manifest in front of him. Then it happened. The team missed qualifying for the State Championship. He didn't realize the knee injury the week before was going to be the last prep golf he would play and the last chance to secure a Division I Scholarship. This was devastating to him as he felt like a failure for letting his parents and grandparents down for all of their sacrifices over the years.

It was a hard few weeks for Bo but thanks to an instructor at the time he was introduced to David Orr. David is the Director Of Instruction at Campbell University for the PGA Golf Management Program. He is also the Short Game Coach to Justin Rose, Hunter Mahan, Paul Casey, and numerous other Tour Players.

In order to keep his dream of playing the PGA Tour alive Bo thought his chances were better to attend Campbell and learn under David while getting a degree than to go play for a Division III school.

It was at Campbell that Bo became David's Intern for 2 years assisting him with Player Development classes and private lessons. His goal was to soak up all the information he could so he could later teach himself to keep his dream of playing on the PGA Tour alive, but something happened.

In 2016, Bo stepped away from the game of golf forever by shutting down his golf school Watson School Of Golf. The loss in passion for the game was due to the knowledge he had accumulated over the years from the world’s best, but yet he still was not reaching his true potential in the game. On top of that, his loss in passion for the game was spilling over into the results with his clients.

It wasn't until the Summer of 2018 that everything changed for Bo when he met Shannon over a dinner one night. It was during this dinner that Shannon shared the keys to "PsychoNeuromuscular Training" and how he could use it for golf.

With a newfound passion and skepticism, over the next 6 months Bo went out and played 8 rounds cold turkey with zero physical practice. 6 of those rounds he shot under par while the last round he played he shot 4 under on 9 holes and had 3 lip outs.

Fast forward 4 years and 300+ clients later that Bo and Shannon have worked with, 78% of them averaged 6.7 strokes dropped in 90 days or less.

About Shannon Shuskey

When Shannon was a kid growing up he started playing competitive soccer at the age of 6. And in his spare time he would go to skate sessions at the local roller rink. When he got into high school he started skating competitively at the High Point Speed Skating Club.

However, his parents at the time wanted him to focus on soccer because they knew it would increase his chances of earning a scholarship for college. Playing soccer professionally for the Charlotte Eagles, he was able to travel around the U.S. and play in countries like Holland, Denmark, Germany.

After retiring from soccer, he returned back to in-line speed skating. As a result, in his first year he placed 2nd at Nationals in 1996 and then in 1999 he won with a national record breaking time. His success as an athlete didn't come without cost.

When he was born, he was severely clubfooted which means his arches in his feet were standing straight up vs. turned in. This resulted in him for the first 2 years of life having to wear special shoes for 23 hours a day to help mold his feet back to normal. Unfortunately, this was not successful and it forced him to have surgery on both feet.

Before the surgery, doctors warned his parents that even with surgery Shannon would not be able to walk or run normal. Taking no for an answer, his parents turned to God and prayed fervently for complete healing. Two weeks after surgery his grandfather took him fishing and while casting out the line and giving the rod to him to reel in, a fish grabbed his hook on one cast and pulled him into the water.

Shannon is quoted as saying, "I'm not sure how long I was underwater, but I remember vividly to this day where I came out of my body and was looking back down at my lifeless body in the water. Then as soon as I saw my body lifeless in the water I saw a bright light and then what appeared to be a hand reaching through the light. It was at the moment when the hand touched me that I immediately went into my body. It was God himself who saved my life and not only that, it wasn't long afterwards that I was able to play soccer.

Discovering The Secret To Getting Into The Zone

Fast forward several years, Shannon was pretty good at soccer and very fast on his feet. Naturally, this skill allowed him to be pretty good at in-line speed skating. However, his biggest weakness was getting off the start line. One evening after practice, some of the skaters who were National Champions took off their skates and decided to race across the floor in shoes. Interestingly, Shannon would win every single time but during races with skates on, he would be last off the start line.

It wasn't until he came across a quote that said, "speed skating is 10% perspiration and 90% concentration" that he felt compelled to start looking deeper into the mental side of the game. After a lot of research and trial and error, he finally put all the pieces together and discovered what we now call "PsychoNeuromuscular Training" which is the first system in the world backed by science that gets an athlete to trigger their bodies and mind "In The Zone." Within 2 months of disovering "PsychoNeuromuscular Training" he was winning every start in practice and winning every skate meet.

As a result, he ended up going undefeated and winning the 1999 National Championship. Shortly after that he retired and wanted to share his newfound passion of "PsychoNeuromuscular Training" with others.
